BUY AND USE THE RITZ PARIS GIFT CARD

The Ritz Paris gift card is available at the Ritz Paris hotel at 15 place Vendôme. When purchased online, the gift card shall be delivered independently from any other orders of Ritz Paris products. The gift card cannot be used on the e-shop.

Validity

• The gift card may be used to pay all or part of any expenditure at the Ritz Paris hotel 15 place Vendôme points of sale: hotel, restaurants, bars, Ritz Paris Concept Store, Ritz Club and Ecole Ritz Escoffier. The gift card cannot be used on the e-shop.

• The Ritz Paris gift card has a validity of two years starting from the date of purchase; once expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled and your gift card will be void.

Value

• The gift card value can be freely selected with a minimum chargeable amount of 100€ and maximum of 10 000€.

Use

• The gift card may be used for single or multiple payments depending on the balance.

• If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with another payment method or another gift card.

• The Ritz Paris gift card is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-rechargeable. In the event of loss or theft, the gift card can be exceptionally deactivated by contacting the customer service at /TEL +33 (0)1 43 16 32 22 Please note that the card can only be deactivated by providing the activation code provided at the time of purchase.
