Pitted Taggiasche Olives

Taggiasche comes from the town of Taggia in Liguria, where these olives were a specialty of monks in the 12th century. They have become some of the most prized olives in the world.
The carefully handpicked black olives have highly flavorful velvety flesh and are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
